terms of service
1. i have the right to decline your commission.2. message me on discord to commission me. (insouciance.)3. i will start the sketch when i feel motivated and feel that i can execute what you've described properly with no flops.4. after i am done with the sketch, i will send you a .png file to confirm if you approve or not. if approved, i will wait 48 hours to receive payment, and will only continue the piece if I've received payment. you will get my email after you confirm you are satisfied with the sketch.5. i will not refund anything that has gone past the sketching phase. if i have stalled too much and you're sick of waiting after you have already paid and i haven't made any progress, i will give you a refund.6. do not ever claim that you have drawn my art, or in any way use it for profit. you own it, but that does not mean your effort went into it.7. do not repost my art without given credit, and do not remove my signature from the art i've created.8. if you feel that i am slacking, feel free to remind me after a few days have passed, but don't ever rush me. i will keep you updated.9. if you would like updates on your art, please let me know! i will gradually show you progress updates as i go through the piece.10. please understand that my life takes priority over art. i am a junior in college and am hoping to get good grades for the sake of my future.11. i mostly draw canines, but i am happy to try drawing other animals. in this case, i simply need you to understand that i don't have experience in drawing the anatomy of other animals, though i am willing to give it a shot!12. i am comfortable drawing most items and clothing.13. understand, i will not draw any nsfw or morally corrupt content.14. if you are uncertain what something is referring to (in terms of my offers), feel free to ask, and i will provide you with specific examples for what you're asking. (eg. if you're unsure what is classified under "simple shading" versus "complex shading" or "intermediate background" versus "complex background", i am willing to show examples pertaining to each.)
