terms of service

1. i have the right to decline your commission.2. message me on discord to commission me. (insouciance.)3. i will start the sketch when i feel motivated and feel that i can execute what you've described properly with no flops.4. after i am done with the sketch, i will send you a .png file to confirm if you approve or not. if approved, i will wait 48 hours to receive payment, and will only continue the piece if I've received payment. you will get my email after you confirm you are satisfied with the sketch.5. i will not refund anything that has gone past the sketching phase. if i have stalled too much and you're sick of waiting after you have already paid and i haven't made any progress, i will give you a refund.6. do not ever claim that you have drawn my art, or in any way use it for profit. you own it, but that does not mean your effort went into it.7. do not repost my art without my permission. don't be afraid to ask!8. if you feel that i am slacking, feel free to remind me after a few days have passed, but don't ever rush me. i will keep you updated.9. if you would like updates on your art, please let me know! i will gradually show you progress updates as i go through the piece.10. please understand that my life takes priority over art. i am a freshman in college and am hoping to get good grades for the sake of my future.11. i mostly draw canines, but i am happy to try drawing other animals. in this case, i simply need you to understand that i don't understand the anatomy of other animals so they might not turn out perfect!12. i am comfortable drawing most items and clothing. i am not perfect at them, though.13. understand, i will not draw any nsfw or morally corrupt content.
